For in store purchases, you have one day for a full refund or three days for store credit.

Baby gifts are only eligible for store credit, and must be returned within 10 days of when the gift was purchased. 

For online purchases, you have one day from when you receive the package for a refund.

Return shipping is $9.95 and deducted from your refund as well as a 3% restocking fee.

No refund or credit will be issued for ineligible merchandise that’s sent back anyway.
