Return Policy

Our return policy is different for shipped orders versus in-store sales. It's also different during periods we call "Holiday Season" versus "Regular Season". Please be aware of these distinctions.

During Holiday season we do NOT accept returns for refunds, only Store Credit.

 

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked by the next business day after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.

No refund or credit will be issued for ineligible merchandise that’s sent back anyway.

 

Return shipping is your responsibility. If you want a prepaid label, we will provide one by email (sales@bowstotoesboutique.com) and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be $5 or the actual cost of the return label, whichever is greater.

Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. If exchanging, merchandise may only be exchanged once.

Baby gifts are only eligible to be exchanged NOT returned. They must be exchanged within 10 days of the customer receiving the gift.
